Complete Studio health and fitness centre specialises in pre and post-natal exercise

When you are pregnant there is an added incentive to care for your body, however trying to find the right information and the right type of exercise for you can be tough.

Liza Webb is a Pilates teacher, who having had 2 babies in the last 2 1/2 years, was amazed by the amount of conflicting information she found. She had an advantage and exercised herself and found a circle of health professionals that helped her deliver 2 beautiful healthy babies, one in hospital, one at home, with great deliveries.

Following her experience, with her husband Paul, they created the Complete Studio. A holistic health and fitness centre, who specialise in, amongst other things, pre and post-natal exercise. They offer pre-natal Pilates, pre-natal Yoga and body massage for pregnant women. They also offer nutritional support for optimal health before, during, and after pregnancy, and a private midwife for consultations.

Once you’ve had your baby it can be tough to find time to exercise, so they offer 2 classes to exercise with your baby. The Complete Studio also run post-natal Pilates, and once your baby hits 6 months they can get active at the Studio starting with baby Club and moving on to Movement to Music and Yoga for Toddlers & Kids.

The Complete Studio also have a shop which stocks Dr Hauschka products, the perfect skin and body care for use during and after pregnancy, and as it’s organic and chemical free, it’s also safe for your baby.
