bellápierre Deep Ocean lookemphasises the eyes and creates an aquatic glam-rock look
(01/07/2009)
The key beauty trend is natural cheeks and lips, with dramatically contrasting bold and beautiful eyes. Blue eye make-up in particular was popular at all the major shows in spring 2009, seen on the catwalks of Gucci and Dior amongst others.
bellápierre has launched Deep Ocean, the latest addition to their new ‘Get the Look’ concept for 2009. With bellápierre’s simple step-by-step guide you can achieve the Deep Ocean look – which emphasises the eyes and creates an aquatic glam-rock look, the perfect mineral make-up effect to compliment your wardrobe for the season.
Products used to achieve bellápierre’s Deep Ocean look are Shimmer Powders - Ocean, Haha, Refined - and Brushes - Eyeliner Brush and Eyeshadow Brush
Get bellápierre’s Deep Ocean look in five easy steps:
1) Prepare – Using a cotton bud, apply bellápierre make-up base to the upper eyelid, from lash-line to brow and a small amount just below the lower lash line.
2) Line – Using a dampened Eyeliner Brush apply a line of ‘Refined’ Shimmer Powder along the upper and lower lash line.
3) Highlight – Using an Eyeshadow Brush apply ‘Ocean’ Shimmer Powder to the brow bone and tear duct area.
4) Base – Apply ‘Haha’ Shimmer Powder to the eyelid blending upwards.
5) Get the Effect – Using an Eyeshadow Brush blend ‘Refined’ Shimmer Powder in, starting at your upper lash line. Create a V shape on the outer corner of the upper lid, blending upwards. Blend the colour into the lash line so that the eye liner disappears
