Macrolane™, the new bust-boosting injection treatment now available from the aesthetics and anti-ageing unit at the prestigious Private Clinic in Harley Street.

After losing weight following a particularly harrowing year which saw her split from her husband, 28–year-old Hannah from Maidstone in Kent was anxious to restore the volume that she lost from her once ample breasts. She said; “I had always been proud of my sizeable chest, but with the recent emotional stress of going through a divorce not only did I lose weight, I also noticed that my breasts had started to sag and lose their volume. To compensate, I had to wear push-up or gel-filled bras to give the appearance of what used to be one of my best assets”.

Dr Dennis Wolf (MBBCH, BSc Hons, MRCS) is a cosmetic doctor at The Private Clinic and is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, the British Association of Otolaryngologists and Head and Neck Surgeons, The Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) and the British Medical Association (BMA). Dr Wolf is also an approved Macrolane™ VRF Physician for breast reshaping, volume restoration and body contouring and says “The treatment is minimally invasive and requires only a local anaesthetic. With the patient fully awake this enables us to discuss with them where they require extra volume to their breasts and no downtime is involved. It is a completely patient-guided procedure. With the festive season fast approaching, this is an ideal treatment for those wanting immediate results without the recuperation time needed in cosmetic surgery”.

Having increased her bust by nearly two cup sizes (from a 32D to a generous 32E), Hannah has a new found confidence and is looking forward to show off her sexy new cleavage. She continued “The decision to have Macrolane™ was certainly one of the best I ever made. Dr Wolf at The Private Clinic talked me through every step of the procedure making sure that I was happy with the shape that he was going to achieve for me. His skills are amazing and with his naturally calming demeanour, I was immediately at ease”.

Macrolane™ is developed by Q-Med the manufacturers of the dermal filler Restylane and consists of Hyaluronic Acid, a protein substance that is produced naturally in the body which when injected to target areas such as the breasts or buttocks enhances the contours giving a ‘plumped up’ rejuvenated appearance.

Dr Wolf, a practitioner at The Private Clinic added “Macrolane™ is not permanent as dermal fillers are absorbed and metabolised by the body, but the initial treatment should last between one to two years with further ‘top-up’ treatments at yearly intervals”.

Costs for the initial treatments is from £2,800.
