Whether you are a gym lover or a gym loather, Good Vibes 25 minute workouts offer something for everyone who wants their dream body in the quickest possible time. They only use your body weight and gravity as resistance to ensure that you build a long and lean silhouette that reflects your frame (rather than create a 'body builder' look!)
Good Vibes specialises in fast and effective 25 minute workouts. We centre the sessions around the Power Plate as it gives proven results, but also take it way beyond just the plate.
The Good Vibes programs continually test your body's responses to create tone, strength, flexibility and mobility, leaving you with more time to enjoy showing it all off.
The multi-discipline instructors take you through your paces and with only up to 5 people in a class, you get personal training at a wallet friendly price.
Key Programmes:
Dynamic Flow - this yoga inspired class flows from one posture to another ending on deep stretches. Focusing on alignment and breath for a more considered but strong class. The vibrations provide an immediate challenge that can be missing in normal yoga classes.
Who is it good for? This class is perfect for those who want to feel the workout as well as improve on their yoga.
PowerPlining - alternating between the Power Plate and a mini trampoline -this class will have you jumping for joy and burning calories like there's no tomorrow - leave with a big smile on your face and any wobble properly firmed up! Burn up 300 - 350 calories in 25 minutes!
Who is it good for? Those who want to include cardio in a fun and effective class
Super Speed classes - combining the toning effect of the Plates and the calorie busting effects of a cardio session into a 25 minute session. The Power Plate activates almost 100% of your muscle fibres, in a fraction of the time it takes in conventional training. There will be fast, dynamic and explosive movements on the Plate to really pull your body into shape. This is serious calorie murder!
Who is it good for? Those who want a fast paced class combining cardio and toning in one handy package.
Circuit classes - If you are looking for a step up your training mix it up with the new Good Vibes circuit classes. Fast 25 minute classes run through combinations of exercises both on and off the Power Plate to get the most out of your time, tone muscle, improve fitness and burn the fat. Each station lasts for just 45 seconds so you can give it your all, you'll leave on a high and will remember us the next morning!
