The classes continually test your body’s responses to create tone, strength, flexibility and mobility in just 3 sessions a week. Using only your body weight and gravity as resistance, they ensure you build a strong and lean silhouette that reflects your frame.
Lead by a team of dedicated instructors, the classes are finished off with a series of stretches and stimulating massages that help reduce cellulite and really help you tune in with your body - all in the space of 25 minutes.
No need to worry about bulky trainers or technical fitness gear – Nahid de Belgeonne, the owner of Good Vibes works her Plate in skyscraper heels and fuschia pink leggings!
Held in lovely spaces with no more than 5 people, the environment allows you more personal attention with your instructor giving you maximum results in minimal time.
The course is £325 for 18 instructor led sessions per week, over 6 weeks. In each class you can choose to focus on total body, upper body and abs or even lower body and abs. Booking in advance to ensure preferred time slots.
